e-Learning Solutions for facilitating education

Human brain understands new things by relating to experiences. And new ideas are treated as variant of those experiences. And hence completely new idea at times becomes unintelligible. For some brains this is beginning of understanding and for some it is beginning of dismissal.

We might be familiar with the terms such as knowledge economy/ information age/Information explosion/ global village ….etc. How do we make sure that the learner is equipped to deal with this exciting and sometime scary bold era? The simple answer to that is you do not equip the learner but you equip the learner to learn in new era.

Everywhere the digital media is fast making entry into the society. Future is rushing in at faster pace than we can anticipate. Everybody has information at their fingertips, sharing can happen at blink of an eye. Information translates to knowledge and knowledge translates itself to wisdom. When the information is exploding and hence the knowledge none of us might be equipped to master all the content as good as all of us. To deal with this the era it is important that all of us including learners to join hands and brains to become information consumers and knowledge producers.

Technology paves the way to enable us to go beyond classrooms, to build learning networks, to experiment and share with online colleagues and learners, to enable all of us to consume information and produce knowledge in fading geographical boundaries.

The symposium is aimed at sharing our thoughts of this bold new era of Learning & Teaching and understanding of the enabling technologies. Welcome for learning, sharing and may be unlearning few things.
